SOLDIER MEDICAL REPORT

At the battle of Beaumont-Hamel, on July 1st, 1916, Stephen Penny, 21, fisherman, was severely wounded: he suffered a broken jaw, was wounded in the upper body and in the groin, which resulted in impotency.  His medical report below declared him invalid to continue fighting.
